FMOL Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver holistic, evidence-based care within the licensed scope. The RN will assess, plan, educate, and support patients and families throughout the continuum of care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the care team, adherence to documentation standards, and advocating for patient rights while ensuring safe, quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must hold current Louisiana State RN license and BLS certification.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with electronic health records.

Responsabilidades

• Perform psychosocial and physiologic assessments and document findings.
• Develop plans of care with patient education and discharge planning.
• Tailor care to individual needs, including cultural/ethical considerations.
• Respond to changes in patient needs using clinical judgment.
• Educate patients and families and adapt information for learning styles.
• Collaborate with health care team to ensure smooth transitions and advocacy for patient rights.
