Qualifications

• Experience working with faculty, staff, and diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Employ a proactive model of advising to help students decide on academic paths and transfers.
• Outreach to students who have stopped out to assist re-enrollment.
• Assist in creating personalized education and transfer plans using electronic resources.
• Support registration for new, continuing, and readmitted students.
• Review unofficial transcripts to determine placement prerequisites using TES software.
• Participate in Start Now enrollment events.
• Refer students to faculty/program coordinators for courses or substitutions as needed.
• Assess student needs and provide referrals to appropriate offices.
