Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate for the California (Mission Viejo) store to support sales, assist customers, operate the register, and replenish merchandise during the busy season.

You will help maintain organized stock and a welcoming shopping environment while providing friendly, efficient service. This role is ideal for team players who thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and want to contribute to a standout holiday experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Standing and moving around the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a POS system and assist customers at checkout.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
• Help achieve store sales goals through knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation for easy shopping.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Collaborate with teammates and support the store as business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
