Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support store operations during the busy season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized for peak shopping days.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required, and a collaborative team culture is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, stock, ticket, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation.
