Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store this busy season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized for peak shopping.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and recommendations.
Receive, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
Maintain organized stockrooms and ensure easy product browsing.
Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
Collaborate with teammates and support the store as needed.
Follow all policies, safety standards, and procedures.
