Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support a busy store this peak season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, stock merchandise, and keep the store organized and inviting for shoppers.

Candidate should enjoy fast-paced retail, excel at service, and work well both independently and with a team. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
