Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to help deliver a welcoming shopping experience and support sales, service, and store operations during the busy season.

You’ll assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and collaborate with teammates to meet store goals, while following safety and store policies. This is a seasonal role with competitive pay and associate discounts across brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Assist customers with product selection and gift ideas.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and neat store presentation.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
