Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support busy store floors during the holiday season. You’ll assist customers, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized and inviting.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced retail, communicate clearly, and can work independently or with a team. Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
