Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak seasonal days. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service, delivering best-in-class guest experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet guests, assist with video game needs, stock shelves, and help meet sales goals while following store policies and safety guidelines. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during peak season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure proper presentation on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies including attendance and confidentiality.
