Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their gaming needs.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and cleanliness during peak season.
• Stock merchandise and ensure proper presentation on the selling floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
