Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
• Stock, ticket, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation for easy shopping.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area clean, safe, and organized.
