Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized for the holiday rush.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to learn and grow within a collaborative team. The position is on-site and pays $18 per hour, with typical seasonal scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Able to operate a POS system.
• Able to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using equipment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation for easy shopping.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
