Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store during the peak season. You will help customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and maintain an organized and welcoming store environment.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and adaptability in a busy retail setting. The pay rate is $21.30 per hour, with opportunities to learn and grow within a multi-brand retail company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a POS system and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
