Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store during the busy season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized for peak shopping periods.

You should enjoy helping customers, work well in a team, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Paid at $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
