Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience in high‑volume or fast‑paced settings.
• Strong leadership to engage, motivate, and organize a seasonal team.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organized with ability to balance multiple priorities during busy periods.
• Flexible availability through the holiday season including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating, and supporting the store team during the busy holiday season.
• Hiring, onboarding, and preparing seasonal team members to deliver Squishable's experience.
• Driving sales and executing holiday promotions with the Regional Manager.
• Managing daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS.
• Maintaining inventory, replenishment, and strong merchandise presentation during peak times.
• Creating a fun, welcoming, and efficient experience for customers.
• Upholding policies, standards, and a safe store environment.
• Jumping in wherever needed to support the team and keep the store running smoothly.
