Squishable.com, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Lead to support the Store Manager and drive exceptional customer service during the busy holiday period at Briarwood Mall.

You will help lead the sales floor, engage customers with product knowledge, and promote our plush and lifestyle products while maintaining an organized, welcoming environment. Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Passion for people and creating a fun, welcoming customer experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to stay positive and flexible during busy periods.
• Team player who can motivate others, take initiative, and jump in wherever needed.
• Comfortable receiving and providing feedback and helping keep the team focused on shared goals.
• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience during the busy holiday season.
• Helps lead the sales floor during peak periods, keeping the team focused on customer service and sales goals.
• Drives holiday sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong knowledge of Squishable products.
• Supports seasonal promotions, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked sales floor.
• Helps manage customer flow and resolves concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Provides day-to-day direction and support to team members and jumps in wherever needed during busy periods.
• Supports opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities, as assigned.
