Job summary

Squishable.com, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead our flagship retail experience in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, train and motivate a small team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years retail management, a passion for people, strong organization, and flexibility to cover early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

2–3 years of retail management in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
2–5 years of customer service experience.
Strong leadership with ability to empower and develop team members.
Excellent organizational and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
Willing to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and transport stock.

Responsibilities

Leading, motivating, and developing the store team, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
Setting and executing business strategies for the store with the Regional Manager.
Opening and closing the store and cash handling.
Ensuring inventory levels and restocking punctuality.
Maintaining merchandise presentation.
Maintaining enthusiasm and a fun environment.
Supporting POS transactions and customer inquiries.
Adhering to company policies and safety standards.
