Job summary

FIGS, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Community Hub Associate in Philadelphia (Rittenhouse Square) to blend customer service with back-of-house operations, supporting the holiday season.

You will work on the sales floor and stockroom, greeting customers, sharing the brand story, and assisting with transactions. Reporting to the Community Hub Store General Manager, you’ll help with inventory, organize displays, and participate in in-store events while upholding FIGS standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or stockroom experience with customer service.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Able to lift 5–50 lbs and stand/walk long shifts.
• Available for Black Friday and holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge.
• Share FIGS brand story and mission with visitors.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges; help with online orders.
• Plan and execute in-store events and initiatives to engage customers.
• Sales support and inventory management.
• Maintain sales floor to FIGS standards with well-stocked displays.
• Receive, inspect, and organize inventory; keep stockroom orderly.
• Perform regular inventory counts and communicate replenishment needs.
• Adhere to store safety protocols and report issues to management.
