• Basic computer skills and retail math knowledge.
• Experience with POS systems; Shopify preferred.
• Availability for Black Friday and the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge on FIGS styles, colors, and sizes.
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and in-store online orders.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and well-stocked.
• Support in-store events and community engagement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report inventory concerns.
