Job summary

Pottery Barn, part of Williams‑Sonoma, Inc., is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized during the busiest season.

This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and strong communication. You will help customers with selections, process POS transactions, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment while supporting stock and fulfillment activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
• Able to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Able to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Support store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation for easy shopping.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, and inventory accuracy as needed.
