Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate at Pottery Barn Kids in Los Angeles to support the store during peak season. You will help customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish stock, and keep areas organized for the busiest shopping period of the year.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced retail, teamwork, and delivering memorable shopping experiences. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales are the core focus for the holiday season.
• Experience with POS and cash handling is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and assist customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
