Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to help create an inspiring shopping experience at our store this holiday season.

You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish inventory, and keep the store organized for the busiest season of the year. Ideal candidates enjoy delivering outstanding customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
