Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to join our team this season. You will work with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences during the holiday photo operations.

You'll manage daily photo operations, supervise scheduling, training, and recruiting, and help ensure memorable Santa visits and souvenirs for families.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities are required.
• Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, and scheduling.
• Capture photos and assist guests in choosing souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and assist the Local Manager with daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
