Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring an Assistant Local Manager to support a seasonal team and deliver exceptional guest experiences during the holiday season. You will help lead daily photo operations, coach staff, and drive sales while ensuring memorable Santa visits and photo experiences for families.

You will participate in opening-day prep, inventory, scheduling, and training, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles within our souvenir photography division where available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team and make decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Photography experience not required.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
