Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to help lead the holiday photo operation and guest experience across locations in North America. You will support daily photo operations, motivate and develop the seasonal team, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure every family enjoys a memorable Santa visit and outstanding guest service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Available for required pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week; physical ability to lift 10–25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Assist with opening-day preparations, hiring, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and guide guests in selecting keepsakes.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies set by management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with scheduling, training, recruiting and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
