Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to join our Santa photo experiences at seasonal locations.

You’ll support daily photo operations, help lead a seasonal team, drive sales and guest service excellence, and ensure a magical Santa visit for families from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with the Local Manager, manage opening-day tasks, scheduling, training, and inventory, and assist with guest experiences, troubleshooting, and smooth operations during peak periods

Qualifications

• Must have leadership and team development abilities.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and coaching.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Comfortable handling cash and sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
