Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to join the team and work with the Local Manager to deliver magical Santa visits and memorable photo experiences for families this season.

You’ll support daily photo operations, lead seasonal staff, drive sales and guest service excellence, and ensure safety and quality across all guest interactions. Photography experience is not required, and you’ll have opportunities to grow within our holiday division.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Must be comfortable handling cash and conducting sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to attend required pre-season training and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
