Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager for Perimeter Mall to help lead a seasonal team and deliver exceptional guest experiences during the holiday season.

You will support daily photo operations, assist with scheduling and training, and drive sales while ensuring a memorable Santa visit and photo experience for families. The role offers a fast-paced, festive retail environment with growth potential beyond the season.

Formación

• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.

Responsabilidades

• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Resolve customer concerns and sustain a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Assist Local Manager with scheduling, training, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
