TUMI is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate for our Retail team to deliver an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand ethos. You will build strong client relationships, drive sales through outstanding service, and contribute to a dynamic, entrepreneurial store environment.

The role requires passion for luxury travel and fashion markets, and a commitment to growth within a team that values coaching, feedback, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and have an openness to feedback.
• The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
• Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
• Maintain client relationships and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent visual standards and store presentation.
• Support coaching and feedback within the team.
