Job summary

TUMI is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate to join our Retail team. You will deliver a premier client experience, build strong client relationships, and drive sales while upholding brand standards and service excellence.

The role emphasizes a luxury lifestyle approach, continual learning, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic store environment that values teamwork, integrity, and high performance.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and have an openness to feedback.
• Retail work involves standing, moving around the store, lifting and pushing boxes up to 30 pounds, and using a ladder.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Strong integrity and ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
• Take responsibility for performance.
• Coach teammates and foster Tumi elite practices; provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Demonstrate organizational values and openness to new ideas; adapt quickly.
