Job summary

TUMI is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate to join our Retail team and deliver a premium client experience that reflects the brand ethos while building strong relationships and driving sales through outstanding service in a luxury environment. Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• Retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
• Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI's.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual store sales and KPI goals.
• Maintain the highest level of client service and build relationships.
• Embody and promote Tumi values; coach team and provide feedback.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team; de-escalate situations.
• Ensure visual guidelines and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Manage timecards and meet payroll deadlines.
