Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping periods, focusing on sales, store maintenance, and exceptional guest service within the Circle of Life model. This is a short-term, holiday-season role designed to elevate the in-store experience.

You will greet guests, recommend items, stock shelves, ensure clean and organized merchandising, and help meet sales goals while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store environment and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure attractive presentation.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
