Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support shopping environment including visual and operational aspects during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to the front of the store.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and confidentiality.
