Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak days, delivering outstanding guest service and driving sales through the Circle of Life model.

You will help with stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store, greet guests, answer questions, and escalate issues to a keyholder as needed. Availability during holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensuring good presentation on the floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
