GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the store team during peak shopping periods. You will focus on delivering outstanding guest service, helping customers with gaming needs, and supporting in-store sales initiatives.

This short-term role requires a flexible schedule, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the stamina to stand for long periods while maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support shopping environment and store sales initiatives during holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist stocking/restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
