You will greet guests, help with video game needs, and promote additional items while upholding GameStop's Circle of Life selling approach and store policies. Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, recommending items, and thanking guests.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
