Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days and holidays. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and exceptional guest service within GameStop's Circle of Life retail model.

The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, supports merchandising and inventory processes, and communicates effectively with customers. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting their video game needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and the overall shopping environment during peak season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented on the floor.
• Support achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies including attendance and confidentiality.
