Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak days, delivering outstanding guest service and promoting the Circle of Life model of buy/sell/reserve. The role focuses on sales, store maintenance, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and providing friendly, knowledgeable service to guests. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and guest-focused sales during peak season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products to the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
