GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak seasons, with a primary focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service activities.

The ideal candidate will greet guests, assist with video gaming needs, stock and merchandize, and help meet sales goals while adhering to store policies. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to support holiday sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, and recommending items during every transaction.
• Support overall shopping environment, visuals, and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, mindful of safety.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
