Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support the shopping environment and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking, ensuring products are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder promptly.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies on attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
