Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives during the holiday season and maintain the shopping environment.
• Collaborate with the team to keep restrooms and store areas clean and merchandised.
• Assist in stocking, restocking, and presenting merchandise on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
