Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis, delivering outstanding guest service during peak holiday days.

You will assist with sales, store maintenance, stocking, and customer questions, following all selling behaviors and the Circle of Life buy/sell/trade model.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and safeguarding store assets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store visuals, operations, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise; transfer from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention; stay aware of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to company policies, attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
