Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests.
• Support shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetised.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
