Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak periods with a focus on sales, store maintenance, and exceptional guest service. You will assist customers with video game needs, stock shelves, and help execute in-store promotions.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred and prior retail or guest service experience. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected; bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep all areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
