Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping periods. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced holiday environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with gaming products, stocking shelves, maintaining a clean store, and helping meet sales and shrinkage goals while following store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and visual presentation throughout the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist in stocking and replenishing merchandise and ensure products are presented and alphabetized on the sales floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
