GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak days and provide outstanding guest service in a dynamic holiday sales environment.

You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service activities, including greeting guests, restocking, and merchandising to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Availability for peak holiday hours is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and assist with video gaming needs, recommending additional items as appropriate.
• Support store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and replenishing merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
