Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Availability to work during peak seasonal days and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommend items, and complete transactions with courtesy.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and transfer from stock room to floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
