Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep restrooms and store areas clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; follow safety best practices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
