Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and promoting add-on items during transactions.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and cleanliness to align with company guidelines and seasonal initiatives.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and maintaining organized, well-presented shelves and floor displays.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
