Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis, delivering outstanding guest service during peak sales days and participating in daily operations focused on sales, store maintenance, and customer service.

You will greet guests, assist with gaming needs, stock shelves, maintain displays, and help meet sales goals while following store policies and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies, attendance, dress and grooming requirements.
